HANUMAN MANDIR OF GREATER CHICAGO
“With the blessings of Hanumanji Maharaj, a sacred vision became reality.”
On December 14, 2013, over 170 dedicated devotees of Hanuman ji assembled in divine unity to celebrate the Bhumi Sudhi — the sacred land sanctification ceremony — marking the beginning of a glorious chapter in the spiritual life of the Chicagoland community.
This momentous gathering laid the foundation for the Lord Hanuman Spiritual and Community Center, now cherished and revered as the Hanuman Mandir of Greater Chicago. Since its very inception, all who have set foot upon these hallowed grounds have felt the Divine Presence of Lord Hanumanji Maharaj permeating every corner of this holy abode.
Countless volunteers and workers who toiled in the construction of this sacred space have spoken of a mighty, windy, and positive force that graced the site — as if Pawan Putra Hanumanji, the son of the Wind God, was watching over and blessing every stone laid in His name.
Through the boundless grace of Hanumanji Maharaj, this temple has been a witness to countless blessings and divine miracles — a living testament to His eternal compassion, power, and presence among His devotees.
